Q: What if I want to make design changes to my website after handover?

If you have paid for your website you can do whatever you want with it. You own it.

Q: How long will it take to build my site?

We allow 3 - 4 weeks provided you have provided all the content and pictures

Q: How do I update plugins?

We will provide you at handover with instructions.

Q: Who maintains my website and updates plugins and content?

On the pay-in-full or half-and-half options, you are responsible for maintaining your website On the 10 payments, we will update plugins and back up your website monthly until your final payment is received and we hand the website over to you.

Q: Do you stay on my website as a user?

If you pay in full or half and half, we add you as the administrator and you can remove us on completion and handover of your website.

Q: Can I edit my website while I’m on the payment 10 Payment Plan?

No, you can’t. You will be given Editor access to your website after it is built and once you finish paying for your website, you’re given full administrator access.
