tvap Coaching Program

The tvap coaching program is designed to help other Virtual Assistants build a business that can change their lifestyle. From time to time, new products and/or tools will be added to our current offer, and they are also subject to these Terms of Use. All registered users of tvap will be notified of additions to products and/or tools.

tvap General Terms of Use

  1. When you agree to these Terms of Use, you confirm that you are 18+ years of age and legally entitled to run and operate a Virtual Assistant business.
  2. All products, tools, and/or programs may not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including the use of Intellectual Property or Copyright laws.
  3. The uploading or transmission of viruses, spam, code, malware or any such activity that will render the program ineffective is a violation of these Terms of Use and will result in you being reported to relevant authorities and immediate termination of the tvap Coaching Program.
  4. You agree that you will not copy, transmit, sell, resell, exploit tvap or any portion of the program, its products and/or tools.
  5. You may not give your access to the program to any other person without express written permission from us.
  6. The onus is on the User to research and review the third-party offering carefully before purchasing or engaging in their Service.
  7. The User acknowledges that they may terminate or discontinue tvap at any time without refund or partial refund.
  8. The User acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of their life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The User agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the User’s responsibility.

Mindset

  1. The User is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and their coaching calls and interactions with the tvap. As such, the User agrees that tvap is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by tvap.
  2. The User understands that to enhance the coaching relationship, the User agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

tvap Pricing

  1. We reserve the right at all times to change the pricing for our products, tools, programs and/or services without notice at any time.
  2. We reserve the right to make changes, modify or discontinue a product, tool, program and/or Service in part or whole without notice at any time.
  3. We are not liable to the User or any third party for any such modifications, price changes, deletion or discontinuation of any such product or Service at any time.

  1. tvap online coaching program offers a 7-day moneyback guarantee unless the User has created a login and password and accessed and or downloaded material from the online tvap coaching program.
  2. We reserve the right to make changes to/or limit our product/service offering at any time. This includes the description of such product/service and the availability of any product/service.
  3. We reserve the right to discontinue any product/service at any time without consultation with the User.

  1. From time to time, we may provide or suggest you consider third-party tools that may help, support or enhance your business needs. We accept no liability arising from or relating to your use of any such third-party tools.
  2. Any use of such third-party tools is at your own risk and cost, and we advise that you do your research before signing up for or purchasing any third-party tool and or application.

Billing

  1. The User agrees to provide current, accurate and complete, information about yourself at the time of purchase.
  2. The User agrees to keep your information up to date, not limited to your name and email address.
  3. All Credit Card information is processed using Stripe, and you can refer to their privacy policy here. tvap is an Australian business and comes under the Stripe Australian Privacy Policy.
  4. tvap reserves the right to refuse any order for a program, product, tool or Service.
  5. We make changes to or cancel any order, product, tool, or service in any event. We will always attempt to notify you by email or phone number you provided at the time of purchase.
  6. We reserve the right to cancel your order, program, product tool or Service if we believe you’re in direct competition with tvap, our products and services.
  7. Should you no longer wish to participate in tvap coaching program, you must let us know in writing.

Feedback

At the completion of tvap or upon request, we will ask you for your feedback of which will be given freely and without payment of compensation, monetary or in kind. You agree that at any time and without restriction, we can in part or all in full publish, edit, copy, distribute, translate on any medium any of the feedback may be used online, on our website, in emails.

Community comments

As the User, you agree not to violate the rights of Thinkific or any other third party website or application, that you will not make defamatory, libellous or unlawful, abusive or obscene comments. You are responsible for all comments, feedback, or otherwise that you submit while undertaking the tvap program and services.

You will remain liable for amounts that are due and payable up to and including the date of termination.
